Our story

At Prem, we’re driven by a deep commitment to supporting the smallest and most vulnerable lives. The name "Prem" comes from the Gujarati word for love, which guides everything we do- creating simple yet meaningful solutions that make a difference. As a neonatal nurse with years of experience in the NICU, I’ve witnessed the strength of premature and critically ill babies, as well as the challenges families face when caring for their little ones in a hospital setting.

The idea for Prem came from these experiences- to design clothing that is not only soft and comfortable but also functional for babies in the NICU. Every aspect of our garments has been carefully considered to meet the needs of both families and healthcare professionals. Our clothing is designed to be easy to use, safe, and tailored to the unique needs of premature and critically ill babies.

We’ve thought of every detail- from gentle fabrics to easy access for medical equipment, to ensure the highest level of comfort for babies who may spend weeks or months in the NICU. Our aim is to give parents peace of mind, so they can focus on what matters most- being there for their baby.

At Prem, our mission is simple: to make the NICU experience a little easier, one tiny garment at a time.
