Returns Policy

As a small, new business, we are committed to offering high quality products and excellent service. Before you make a purchase, please take a moment to review our returns policy.

Right now, we’re unable to offer refunds on purchased products. However, we do offer store credit for eligible returns:

- If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To request store credit, simply email us at: hello@prembabyclothes.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll send you instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that return shipping is at the customer's expense, and we kindly ask that the item be securely packaged when sent back.
